SENSO was born from a deep passion for food, wine, and memorable experiences. More than a restaurant, it is a space where flavors, cultures, and people come together.
At its heart lies our five-course surprise tasting menu, created by Chef Bogdan and Luca, which evolves every two weeks according to the season, the market, and a new source of inspiration.
Designed for the curious and open-minded, SENSO invites guests to let themselves be guided, to share moments at our communal table, and to enjoy an intimate experience where food and wine connect people.

Luca Chabane Bousselma
Born in Germany with French, Italian and Arab roots,
Luca grew up in Mallorca, where his love of gastronomy was almost certainly passed down genetically.
Speaking several languages and deeply immersed in different cultures, he developed an insatiable curiosity for food, wine, and the art of hospitality.
A true self-taught explorer of flavors, Luca has spent years tasting, learning, and perfecting his understanding of food and wine.
As a dedicated epicurean, he believes that life's greatest joys are found in exceptional food, fine wine, and meaningful connections.
At 24, he achieved his dream of creating SENSO, a place where he could share his love of discovery and the pleasure of indulgence.
Seeing customers enjoy and immerse themselves in the experience is what motivates him most.
For Luca, SENSO isn't just a restaurant; it's a lifestyle, an experience, and a celebration of the senses.
Chef Bogdan Mlokits
Like Luca, Bogdan is also a blend of different worlds and unexpected paths.
Born in Latvia, his culinary journey began surprisingly early: at just 13, he started working at McDonald’s — unaware that this first step into a professional kitchen would ignite a remarkable career. His talent and ambition led him to the prestigious Paul Bocuse Institute and later to several Michelin-starred restaurants, where he refined his technique, discipline, and creativity at the highest level.
Today at SENSO, Bogdan embraces one of his most exciting challenges yet: creating a constantly evolving tasting menu inspired by his roots, his classical training, and his modern vision.
His cooking is precise, youthful, imaginative, and deeply personal. As he likes to say, his mission is simple: “cook with intention and let the flavors speak.”
