At the heart of the concept is our 5-course surprise tasting menu, created by Chef Stevie and Luca, a dynamic duo who bring their expertise and passion to every dish and pairing.
The menu transforms every two weeks, with a new theme that can take you from classic French elegance to bold Asian flavors or an adventurous fusion of global influences.
Designed for the curious and open-minded, SENSO is a haven for epicureans, those who truly savor life's pleasures. Our communal table, where guests gather to share unforgettable moments, embodies that spirit. Luca Chabane Bousselma
Born in Germany with French, Italian and Arab roots,
Luca grew up in Mallorca, where his love of gastronomy was almost certainly passed down genetically.
Speaking several languages and deeply immersed in different cultures, he developed an insatiable curiosity for food, wine, and the art of hospitality.
A true self-taught explorer of flavors, Luca has spent years tasting, learning, and perfecting his understanding of food and wine.
As a dedicated epicurean, he believes that life's greatest joys are found in exceptional food, fine wine, and meaningful connections.
At 24, he achieved his dream of creating SENSO, a place where he could share his love of discovery and the pleasure of indulgence.
Seeing customers enjoy and immerse themselves in the experience is what motivates him most.
For Luca, SENSO isn't just a restaurant; it's a lifestyle, an experience, and a celebration of the senses.
Chef Stevie Levy
Like Luca, Stevie is a mix of cultures.
Born in Hong Kong with American, German, Irish, Scottish, and Jewish roots, his culinary journey began at home with a renowned Chinese chef as his mother. By the age of seven, he was already mastering the flavors and techniques that would shape his career.
Stevie has spent over 40 years in Mallorca, building an impressive career as a chef, honing his skills and pushing culinary boundaries.
Now, at SENSO, he faces one of his most exciting challenges: creating a completely new tasting menu every two weeks.
His approach is bold, imaginative, and constantly evolving. As he says, his mission is simple: "to share my roots."
